Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished or the product/service is sent or in processing. Also, all personalized services and products are non-refundable. All sales are final, orders will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item or service at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reason: non-delivery of the product: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery can be submitted to our support department after a 15 business days period that exceeds the specified delivery date for all standard packages/services, for premium and VIP packages/services 25 respectively 35 business days apply. You will receive a refund credit to your SalesBooster account if the order is non-deliverable.
You cannot cancel a wallet top-up. Funds added to the wallet are non-refundable. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it.
Services subscription refund policy
No refunds will be provided for any purchase of a Service/Membership subscription, nor will we provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or year subscription periods.
