  • keep your account credentials secure
  • be fully responsible for all activities under your account

You must not share your account with third parties.

  • upload or generate illegal, harmful, offensive, or adult content
  • use the Service for fraud, deception, or misleading purposes
  • attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the system (including bots or automated scripts)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Generated Content

You may use AI-generated images for commercial and non-commercial purposes. However:

  • we do not guarantee uniqueness
  • similar outputs may be generated for other users

Our Rights

All rights related to the Service (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some features require payment or subscription
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers
  • Pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. AI Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

You acknowledge that:

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
